Join us this Friday for a presentation and discussion with Jerri Lane, CDME*, executive director of the Bainbridge Island Downtown Association.

Jerri LaneJerri Lane will discuss the preservation and promotion of Bainbridge Island’s nationally accredited Historic Main Street: strategies for supporting a vibrant downtown, encouraging residents to buy local, and how we are changing to accommodate consumer purchasing practices.

Jerri Lane (linkedin.com) has been with BIDA since June 2014, and was previously Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Visit Seattle, Seattle/King County’s official destination marketing organization. She also served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Starwood Hotels, working at both the Sheraton Seattle and The Westin Seattle. Upon her acceptance as executive director of BIDA, board of directors president Tim O’Brien said, “Her extensive background in destination and hospitality marketing made her an ideal candidate for the position” (insidebainbridge.com).
