She holds an MBA and an MS in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin and has served as a commercial reviewer for Small Business Innovation Research grants. She speaks Spanish fluently and has served as a translator for high-level Mexican government officials and major international corporations. Her consulting experience includes strategy/market development at both the corporate and the project level for clients such as CH2M HILL, Chevron, the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer and several small professional services firms. Elaine has worked in culturally diverse environments, including with Native American tribes and Mexican and Korean entrepreneurs. Elaine grew up in the Yakima Valley and is the descendant of the earliest pioneers to settle in Lewis County” (Source, WSBDC website,…s). Elaine’s contact: [email protected]
