As an attorney, Cynthia is licensed in Washington and California and, as a CPA, is licensed in Washington. She works with clients both locally and elsewhere in the country. She received her B.S. in Accounting and minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She received her law degree from Seattle University School of Law and her masters of law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.

Cynthia counsels small business owners regarding income tax, operational and ownership succession planning, as well as individuals and families on income tax planning (including the preparation of tax returns).
