BBC 3D – Business Problem-solving & Reality Checks, w/ Bill Ruddick
First ask why. What problems do I have in my business? What do I do to address these problems? Have I even identified the right problem? This Friday we’ll discuss some powerful strategies to help solve tough business problems, such as biohazards, budgets, & getting new clients.
Bill Ruddick of Ruddick Consulting will be speaking about the S.O.S (Situation – Objective – Steps To Solutions) problem solving system, and the “five-force” analysis for business problem solving. Bill will also introduce “Reality Checks” and “What if?” strategies, with which he has been assisting area businesses for years. The program identifies key areas that help you regain profit and value in your business.
Reality Checks: “Whether you are starting a business or struggling to survive unexpected change (like world-wide plague), get clarity by analyzing where you are and generate a plan for ways to better run your business. With five separate reality checks, learn to see your business from different perspectives.”
First Ask Why. What would I like to do new or different in my business? What do I need to change? How can I increase my income post-Covid? How do I get more customers? So bring a business problem you’re struggling with, or an idea to share – and enjoy another delicious cup of BBC.
