BBC Friday 13 April 2018 – “BI Parking Garage & Island Businesses” Roundtable Discussion

This BBC Friday – Something A Little Different: Local Issues Related To Local Island Business (that’s you & me)

OK. BAINBRIDGE ISLAND PARKING! So let’s do what BBC does really well, strategy-roundtable a topic for generating creative serendipitous wacky side-ways thinking ideas on a relevant subject  — especially one still in the open-discussion stage. Here’s a little background on the subject of Island Parking and related issues:

“Downtown Bainbridge Island has unique parking conditions due to its island location, its proximity to Seattle, its seasonal tourism, and the presence of a well-trafficked commuter ferry terminal adjacent to Downtown. The City of Bainbridge Island is undergoing a study to look at the on- and off-street parking system in Downtown. The project will include data collection and analysis, findings, public outreach, stakeholder engagement, task force meetings, and recommended strategies.” More on the subject at
