Jerry is a veteran of 35+ years of assisting literally thousands of tax clients and hundreds of small business owners. His tax audit experience is almost exclusively in representing small business owners before the IRS in tax audits, appeals, and U.S. Tax Court filings. In 2009 Jerry moved to Bainbridge Island. Based on his years of tax audit experience, he started ByTheBook Keepers in 2012, becoming CEO in February 2015. In terms of clients, the firm has grown by over 300%, offering a unique blend of bookkeeping and accounting, tax audit prevention and cure, and business startup and modelling assistance to small business owners and professionals as well as non-profit groups.
Jerry is always delighted to present to large and small groups. He also enjoys coaching how to survive the oppression of IRS laws on small businesses. There’ll be plenty of time for questions, so bring your brains!
