With an undergraduate from Stockholm University in intercultural studies, business and language, and an MBA in sustainability from Presidio Graduate School (formerly BGI), Cilla worked for two decades as a a cross-cultural consultant and trainer for C-suite executives as they prepared for living and working overseas.
