BBC Friday 17 May 2019 – New “Ba Sa” Bainbridge Vietnamese Restaurant

This BBC Friday join us for a fun conversation with Trinh Nguyen about the new Vietnamese Restaurant Ba Sa, opening soon on Bainbridge Island (in the old Cafe Nola location, 101 Winslow Way East)

PhoT&N (photnpoulsbo.comhas been a very successful culinary destination in Poulsbo for many years, and now Ba Sa (basabainbridgeisland.com) will continue that family tradition.

As with PhoT&N in Poulsbo, Ba Sa is inspired by the second generation of the Nguyen family to bring comfort food and dishes reflecting our travels to Vietnam, China, and Southeast Asia. Trinh is a restaurateur whose passion lies in cooking, eating, and traveling. Trinh learned cooking from PhoT&N founders Rang and Huyen. Our head chef Thai was inspired both by his exposure to Japanese and Southeast Asian cuisines as well as the energy of the food & fashion capital, New York City, where he studied at the Institute Of Culinary Education.
