Jeff’s passion concerning the humanity and authenticity of relationships on- and off-line drives his beliefs and career. A resident of the Puget Sound for over 20 years, he has worked for Microsoft, HTC, and SDL in numerous roles including consultant, product manager, and community manager.
Jeff helped create and teach the Social Media In Business course as part of the UW’s Certificate In Social Media Technologies & Implementation. He has taught Social Media workshops for job seekers, as well as coaching them in building a strong professional personal brand online. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Iowa State University and a Master of Communication in Digital Media (MCDM) from the University of Washington.
