BBC Friday 6 December 2019 – The Tyler Moniz Project

This BBC Friday, special guest Lee Moniz, The Tyler Moniz Project, will tell us their story of serving Bainbridge Island youth. “The Tyler Moniz Project ( is working to start conversations around mental health and support counseling and educational programs that promote mental health and wellness – particularly with our youth. We know that suicidal thoughts grow in the darkest places. By casting light and creating safe spaces, we want to help people find a way out. We’re pleased to announce that we have developed a tangible way to get Bainbridge Island talking.”
Tyler Moniz Project Mission Statement: “We launched the Tyler Moniz Project to celebrate the extraordinary life of Tyler Moniz. We will carry out this mission by supporting educational and community programs that promote happiness, well-being, and hope.” Facebook Page: The-Tyler-Moniz-Project.
