There will be plenty of time for discussion and Q&A.
Phedra Elliott, Executive Director – “Originally from Texas, Phedra and her husband moved to the Northwest in 2002. She believes that communities should have a wide variety of housing options, and being able to live where you work shouldn’t be a matter of luck. A diverse background in teaching, customer service, human resources, and grants administration, Phedra has worked at HRB since 2010.”
Marta Holt, Property Manager & CLT-Home Ownership – “Marta has worked as a low income housing property manager, homeless housing programs analyst, and homeless and housing advocate since 2010. With a background in long range urban planning, she holds a Masters in Public Administration. ‘I believe that the most healthy and sustainable communities include ensuring integrity for all people in an economically and culturally diverse mix’. Marta lives with her husband Phil in Poulsbo.”
