11 February 2011 – Special BBC Friday Meeting At The Bainbridge Library

“The wonderful ways Kitsap County Public Library can support your businesses”

Guest speaker Peggy Branaman will address this Friday’s BBC on the topic of the wonderful ways the library can support businesses — and especially the amazing and powerful resources at your fingertips in our online subscription databases.

For this exciting even we will be gathering up the street at the Bainbridge Library instead of at the Pavilion. Please pass this change along to BBC regulars who weren’t here today.

Peggy Branaman has been a Bainbridge Island resident since 1991 and a Reference Librarian with Kitsap Regional Library since 1999, specializing in contract negotiation and purchase of the online database collection and serving business and non-profits throughout Kitsap county. She works at the Sylvan Way branch and is available to meet you at your workplace or visit your group to bring the library to you, and talk about library services that will save you time and money. Prior to her library career, Peggy was a small business owner herself, and spent 10 years in the insurance industry. Peggy will be showcasing library services and resources today that serve us both inside and outside the library walls.

Don’t miss this exciting BBC special event. Aren’t all BBC events special events? Actually, it does seem so.
