BBC Friday 12 August 2016 – Chamber Roundtable “2017: 50 Years Of 4ths”

ChamberLogo2014This BBC Friday we’ll hold a special Strategy Roundtable for our delightful friends and founding BBC Regulars at the Bainbridge Island Chamber Of Commerce. Next Year 2017 holds some exciting anniversary events here on Bainbridge (barring emergency contingencies such as earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, tsunamis, or economic collapse, for which we are of course well prepared). Specifically, the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce organized Grand Old 4th of July Celebration, Bainbridge Island’s biggest party, turns 50 (see the grandold4th.com  website). How can we prepare well ahead for this momentous (non-catastropic) event? How can we as a business community, a coworking community, an Island community, support our Chamber and other potentially involved groups (e.g. Rotary, The Downtown Association) to plan for this REALLY BIG ONE?

TheChannelSo this BBC Friday let’s put on our colored thinking caps, Channel The Chamber (thechannelbainbridge.com), and brainstorm ideas for 2017. Hey, maybe we could bury the 50th Anniversary Winning Float in a 100 year time capsule. Or how about we bury Dave in a 100 year cryogenic time capsule. The possibilities are endless!

Be here, be free, be businesswise. For, in a sense, me scurvy maties, as serial entrepreneurs, we’re all business wise!

So invite your friends and associates to come join us for this exciting non-virtual non-cloud event in real time and real space…and another delicious cup of BBC!
