BBC Friday 21 February 2020 – “KPI, Key Performance Indicators”

Join us this BBC Friday for a fascinating Think Club discussion: “Key Performance Indicators.” All companies and businesses are different, and their KPIs reflect those differences. And KPIs are not just for medium-large companies either. Some KPIs reflect the financial ratios that banks and lenders review, as well as industry comparison figures. Another related factor is the irrelevancy and inaccuracy of computer-generated information. There is also a lack of contact with customers, suppliers, and the process of differentiating services or products with customers.

Bill Ruddick will help us navigate KPIs as they can relate to any business activity.
We’ll look at some examples of the importance of financial ratios, and then open the discussion: “What KPIs can you identify in your business?”

Be here, be free, be businesswise. For, in a sense, me hearties, as serial entrepreneurials, we all be business wise!  Arr…….
