Today at BBC – IVC Executive Director Joanne Maher will share the IVC story, its mission and its services in support of our neighbors facing challenges related to aging, disability, or adversity.

For years IVC has been connecting neighbors facing challenges related to aging, disability, or adversity with volunteers and resources to support independent and fulfilling lives (ivcbainbridge.org/servicesintro).

Joanne Maher joined IVC as Executive Director in May 2021. Motivated, collaborative, Joanne is an enthusiastic marketing professional and community volunteer interested in improving and supporting the lives of individuals. She is experienced in leading and collaborating on nonprofit programs to encourage and support community members, educate families through targeted activities, and reach across community agencies creating programs that yield slow but steady positive culture shifts (linkedin.com/in/joanne-maher-2497b910/).
